These terms apply to your use of the Nadine & Ripley online store at nadinenripley.com and purchases from the store. Please read them together with our Shipping & Processing, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other customers' use of it.

Products and artwork

We offer original wearable art, prints, original artwork and custom commissions. The individual product listing describes the item being purchased. Lifestyle images illustrate styling ideas; review the product photographs, description and size information before ordering. Screen settings, lighting and production can cause variations in the appearance of colors and artwork placement.

Purchasing a shirt, print, original work or commission does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you may not reproduce, resell reproductions of, or commercially license the artwork without permission from the rights holder.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed with products and at checkout. Review the items, sizes, delivery address, shipping charges, any applicable taxes and final total before completing payment. Payments are processed through our secure checkout. Do not send payment-card details by email or through the contact form.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, or an error affects its price or availability, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange any required correction, cancellation or refund. Price changes do not change the amount of an order already accepted.

Made-to-order production and delivery

Our shirts are made for each customer after ordering, rather than stocked in advance. Please allow 5 to 7 days for shirt production, followed by shipping time. Production estimates for other items and commissions depend on the individual product or agreed project details.

See Shipping & Processing for rates, delivery estimates, tracking and help with delays. Production and transit are separate stages. Customs and postal delays can affect arrival estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised production timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law.

Order changes, returns and problems

Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or need to request a change. Once production begins, a requested change may no longer be possible.

Our made-to-order return and exchange terms are explained in Returns & Exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order details so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms or our policies removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. When a return is approved, its address and instructions are provided privately for that case. We do not have a physical store or warehouse for in-person returns.

Custom commissions

Before purchasing a custom commission, review the listing and any project-specific agreement covering the artwork, reference materials, deliverables and timeline. Any permissions to use photographs or other materials you supply must be obtained from their rights holders.

Privacy and secure connections

Our website and checkout use HTTPS connections with TLS encryption, often called SSL, to protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms operate subject to applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase remain in effect. No provision is intended to exclude liability or restrict a remedy where doing so is prohibited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the revision date on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
